The first book of Violin Scales for Children.

Pupils, with the help of tonic solfa, will become acquainted with the major and natural minor scales, which are built on the natural notes starting with the scale of A major. The main purpose, in addition to playing these scales, is to learn the names of the notes, to write and to recognise them as well on the staff as on the fingerboard of the instrument.
